Its my understanding that there should be 24 programmable feature buttons. I only count 12 even though I have created 14 buttons. Why is this and how do I fix it?

Once I did that I could create a wakeup call for whatever phone I was on. Now for the last part. How do I do it from my phone and schedule it for someone elses extension?
