Basically when someone calls the main number and press 1 (for parts) we hear a beeping noise (sounds like someone is holding down a number key) and the caller can't hear anything. So the call is coming through and the auto attendant picks up but then when the #1 is pressed something happened...

don't know the method ISP is using, it is a joint DSL and phone service provider.
calls are answered with all the methods, some are DiD, some are hunt group off incoming number, some goto AA and some goto VM only.
I don't have a 'spare' DTI. Is there any way to check this, or error to look for? Currently, PmRemoveCallFromPortTable: Error1 rc=8448(0x2100) sporadically appears.

BCM 400 4.02 with DTI card PRI. In last couple of weeks and getting worse, we have been experiencing incoming calls having 'dial tone' at same time as call so that you can't hear anything.
The ISP says it is not them. Any ideas?
