    If I follow you correctly, if the lines are set to ring at that particular extension, they will forward? If I follow this to it's logical conclusion if I turn off the incoming lines ringing at that extension, then it would be able to forward only anything to that extension directly.

    I am working with a client that needs to be able to have an extension forward to a cell phone. I have setup the route, destination code, etc... accordingly. The issue is that it doesn't forward just the extension, it forwards all incoming calls. It really isn't making a lot of sense at this...
