    You need a license for the voicemail pro, but you can have an auto attendant with the embedded voicemail, which is what I am guessing what you have since you said you had no licenses in the controller.

    I think you might be talking about the announcements tab under the user settings. Go to that in manager and press help in the bottom right and see if that is what you are looking for.

    Or if it is a call that has allready been answered, put a flash hook button on the phone. They can then press the flash hook button and dial the phone number they want to transfer the calls to.

    Depending on the phone lines, but you can create a short code that has a feature of flash hook,then the number will be the number you want to transfer the calls to. This can be an option in an Auto Attendant. I know it works on Vmpro but it should also work on embedded vmail as well.
