I am trying to remove a station from Off-Premise Station Mapping and it will not remove. I have went in and cleared all the fields and then went to the station and removed the EC500 button.

I checked the port on the Avaya side and the dial tone is there - was able to place and receive calls from the port. Took the cross connect wire off and the Octel still stayed busy. Could not busy out and release. Could there be an issue with the CPU?
Does anyone know how to read the Octel Status log. I am having trouble with integration errors and I am trying to figure the following out.
