BCM 450 Doesn't Hear DTMF Tones for Phone Tree

Any ideas on how to resolve for a BCM 450 that does not process DTMF tones when users access the phone tree menu? Callers press numbers multiple times to no avail and then on the rare occasion it works. the tree is set up correctly and worked in the past. Any insight appreciated!

DTMF Tones not working on Auto Attendant BCM 450

Our Auto Attendant is getting more finicky by the day when customers access our phone tree. Sometimes it takes hitting a specific button choice multiple time to get the system to respond. Any ideas?

Could a corrupt HDD cause issues wi

We did get the vendor to verify the audio makes it out of the pbx and through the ip flex network. The disconnect appears to be happening when it hits TDM, but intermittently. Any ideas?

Could a corrupt HDD cause issues wi

Could a corrupt HDD cause issues with calls not connecting or outbound audio dropping off on a BCM 450 R5? We replaced the system tray, both DTIs, the router. Still no relief. The lost audio and disconnects are intermittent. 20 or so calls deliver without issue and then some drop.

    Dropped Calls and One-way Audio

Nothing in the error logs. Calls are delivered via MPLS. Many of the dropped calls are delivering the ANI packet as we see the call on abandoned reports. The rest of the packets are not there though.

    Dropped Calls and One-way Audio

Thanks. Some other systems are as follows: Calls from some carriers deliver (we can see them on abandoned call reports) but don't even ring. Calls ring twice and drop. Calls deliver and then our outbound audio drops during the conversation. The inbound audio continues. Any ideas?

    Dropped Calls and One-way Audio

Will a bad system tray cause dropped calls and one-way audio on a BCM450? My local vendor is about to switch ours out as we are having huge issues with drops and no outbound audio. Thanks!

    Intermittent Outbound Audio on BCM450

We are experiencing intermittent outbound audio loss on incoming calls. We hear the customer but they cannot hear us. VoIP support finds no issues with circuits outside the building. We have rebooted the router and BCM. Any help greatly appreciated!
