We already built the mailboxes in Unity. We are using a CDN (5296999). We changed the NCFW to the CISCO Unity number (5296245) and it forwards correctly if the user is on the phone or does not answer. However, when they hit the messages button or calls the CDN directly on the 3904's/Analogs, the...
I hope someone can help me with this. Is there a way that you can change the FDN and HUNT on all the phones at once? Our CallPilot took a lightning hit and is down. We are going to use our CISCO Unity voicemail system for all the TDM phones so we need to redirect the FDN and HUNT. We don't want...
How many ICB Cards can you install in a CS1000M 5.0? We currently only have two installed but we have a huge need for more conferencing ports for day to day conference calls of parties of 30 or more. We have assigned two different conference numbers with 32 ports each. We would like to add quite...

That was the first thing I checked. We just disabled TTY 1 and TTY2 so we could reseat the QSDI card associated with them. We resated the card and now I can't even log into any TTY ports...... Yeah..... This is a fun day
