Hi All,
This may be a silly question but we are in the process of installing our first version 11 IPO 500V2 with VM Pro. The equipment has been ordered. 9500 & 9600 series phones. Looks like IPO version 11.0 SP4 needs to be avoided. Which 11.0 version seems the least "buggy"?
UPDATE
So the customer had transposed the extension number when entering it in the group. That was the only extension they checked to see if the group message went through. Checked with other extensions in the group and they all received the group vm message.
One more thing I noticed, when I look at mailboxes in system status, only the main location mailboxes show up. All extensions show up in resources/directory. Not sure if that is normal. The VM Pro is on Windows Server 2008 V2 Standard.
IP Office 500V2 8.1 (73) VM Pro 8.1.9102.0 Remote locations are set to centralized vm. The customer sends a group message to all locations from the main location but none of the remote locations receive the vm message. The customer can send a single message to a single individual at a remote...
Customer has a Partner ACS R6. The time is 1 hour behind. Tried changing the time but after a few minutes the time reverts back to being 1 hour behind. We have tried turning DST on as well as off, changed the time and it still resets to 1 hour behind. Tried setting the time 2 hours ahead as well...
See the following thread. Manager 9.1.sp10 will save the config but can't open it. I can open it with Manager 10.0 sp 3

Used 10.0 sp3 to open a 9.1 sp10 saved file, no problem. Shows control unit, combo card, PRI, and DS 8 as 9.1.10.0 build 192. Used 9.1 sp 10 to pull config from control unit, shows control unit and all cards as 9.1.1000.192. Used 10.0 sp3 to "save config as" and tried to open saved config with...
UPDATE. Well it has been nearly 2 months now since I upgraded to 9.1 SP7 and the AA has not disappeared. Must have been a "glitch" with SP 6. Thanks All!
AACon, you were right on target. Unfortunately trying to fix a problem remotely with limited info from the customer can be challenging. Thanks! BTW, the AA has not disappeared as yet.
Update- Now at 9.1 SP7 the AA message has not disappeared yet. Hopefully it resolved the issue but I will give it a few more weeks before I'm satisfied. But of course 9.1 SP 7 must have a new "bug" or I missed a feature change between releases. I call in and get the AA, then dial ext "A". "A"...
IPGuru, it is the recording that vanishes. I have saved a copy of the recording and when I import it back into the Dynamic/lvmail directory the AA works fine.
IP Office V2 R9.1 service pack 6. Anyone else having an issue with the Auto attendant recording vanishing? I record the AA (*8401), then I check in Embedded file management and verify the recording is present. I puts the recording in the Dynamic/LVMAIL directory. Then anywhere from 3hours to 3...
