I'm a remote worker and have a person who claims the conference key drops calls or connects calls but I think it's user error. He claims to be doing it correctly. Can I trace a call and see what he's actually pressing?
I've been a nortel/avaya guy got the past 15 years and I have an interview for s job that handles both Avaya and Mitel equipment. Is there any training materials I can read so I'm a little informed come the interview? I made them aware on the application that I'm new to Mitel. thanks
We have malicious call trace on some phones and after the button is pressed on internal calls we can't hear or be heard. External calls work fine. What should I check?

Yeah. I had it in the wrong slot. I moved it to main cabinet in slot 1 and I can communicate with it. BUT I'm getting sdl2110 reason 1 error when I try to enable it using enl tmdi x fdl
So, I've successfully outed the dch/loop and recreated as TMDI card. However, when I go to enl tmdi in 96 I get error msdl028.
