Thanks got me thinking in the right direction!
The PBX with the *20 has been configured to use 2 digit extensions so the staff use the *20 to connect to our office which has the 20xx range. The reaosn being 20 is a valid extension on the local PBX.
Next step, migrate the office to 4 digit...

I've started mantaining another offices' Mitel and I've come across something I haven't seen before and from the help guide can't confirm what it does.
We have a lot of 4 digit dialling configured with the ARS Digits Dialed form where I have 2 numbers and then programmed to expect 2 more...
I've looked through several of our other controllers and they don't have any FACs setup without a leading symbol.

You're correct 55, 57 & 58 are all FACs that correspond with the first 2 digits of our 4 digit extensions in one of our offices.
