BCM 400 Restrictions not working
I am a technician, disregard the title next to my username. Cook, Outdial on mailboxes is off, the only thing left is restricting international calling. I'm not sure using access code 9 will be of much effect, they don't need to use an access code to dial out regularly. Would you care to...- zachCNY

No, I've just restricted international calls like 011##... Regardless, the system does not seem to be recognizing it, even though it is saving the data.- zachCNY

BCM 400 Restrictions not working
Have had troubles with hacks. Trying to restrict international calls on BCM 400. Going in to system programming, lines, restriction filters, and added about 7 restrictions to filter 03.
