Im working with an older Aloha system running a 5.2 version. I have purchased a new BOH machine after the last one has died (bad HD), I have installed Aloha and copied in all the customers data but I am getting "Security key Not Found" When I try to start up Aloha Manager. I have Unreg and Reg...
Key Services in Winston Salem SOMETIMES have stuff but have them ship you the part, do not ship to them for repair. I have had bad experiences with them doing that (They send back the hardware repaired with the OS totally wiped off and tell you to load a new OS on yourself). They may have the...
Uhyana,
I have a storage room full of dead old 1500 series Radiants. FREE ADVICE: Stop messing with it and just buy a new terminal. When it comes up and spins but the screen is black its going to be the screen itself or the motherboard, both headaches to fix unless you have the part. Once...

I have an IBMSurePOS500 series that is running on an older Aloha 5.2 Version. I have "Use MSR" flagged in Aloha Manager but the swipe is not reading. I am confident the hardware is good but I can't seem to get it to work.
