    the callback indicator is when you call someone and their line is busy. nothing to do with voicemail. again just delete the extension and rebuild it.

    You can get rid of the call back indicator by deleting the line and then rebuilding the line. I had the same trouble twice and I was able to get rid of it by deleting & rebuilding the extension.

    MITEL 2000 SX PLANE A & B

    My switch will switch from plane A to B everynight. But once it goes on plane B it does not switch back to A. I need to force the switch back to A. Any suggestions. I have no errors or alarm. ECOMM can't help but would like me to switch to a 3300.
