Spooling a couple of times a day, everyday
I am creating a forum to see if anyone has a solution to my on-going issue. We are a Aloha Reseller and we have a client who goes into spooling a couple of times a day, everyday. Aloha Rejected Batches due to a bad transaction
Thanks everyone for the replies. I actually found out that this is happening due to the "bad transaction" duplicating the "Transaction Sequence Number" and "Authorization Code" of a good transaction which is provided by the Merchant Processor.
