Is there a way to answer phone calls without the lifter? I thought there was a feature key you can turn on to enable it, we Have a CS1000(AVAYA) release 7.5
When dialing out from the fax line you here a message"please dial a 1, or 0 before making a call" still receives calls though. this fax line worked before, its on a 2 port Audio Code ATA adapter MP-112 FXS. This ATA adapter is on a remote site, travels via fiber back to our CS1000.
