For some reason, during the upgrade, the system changed Public Access in the COS to no. It seems to be among a handful of individual changes that were made in the system. Other things that were turned off were Park and Auto Answer. Able to get it resolved after looking into it more deeply.

Well, it did work correctly this morning using the ACD system. The issue was that we were attempting to test internally, which caused the VM system to do something odd. Testing from the outside worked perfectly. Thanks again for the help!
