OK, i have done everything correctly but after i set up the "provisioning settings" the phone came us "provision completed" as i suspected it would but the the phone with a line through it icon still stays. The phone isnt registering with the system, i can ping the phone so it is defiantly on...

Thanks for the reply! When you said "ID" is there a particular ID you have to input or is it just an ID you set in PGM443? as for the desired number is that just an extn you want to set it to? Got a feeling iv made a small minor mistake somewhere. Thanks!

Hi all, I have been trying to set up the WIT-400h IP phone but i cant seem to get it registered on the phone system. I followed all the instructions for set up that came with the phone but still nothing. The phone is connecting to the wifi and i can ping it but registration to the phone system...
