    Hello, I have an IP500 system at 8.1 with VM Pro. I have tried to set outcalling up to dial long distance numbers, but it fails every time. How do I get the VM Pro to call those numbers when a message is left in a box?

    Have you verified that the Voicemail Pro client is set to use SMTP instead of MAPI? Administration > Preferences > General, click on the MAPI tab and make sure SMTP is highlighted instead of MAPI
