I have a member that has added a SIP line to his Avaya IP Office. His provider wants to see the Ip address of his firewall instead of the address of the IP Office. The SIP line is working but they require it to be set up in this manner.
Any ideas?

Do you have a suggestion on Codecs?
Patton suggested only using G711 u and a law.
Also, do you suggest using T.38 or G711? Also should I re set the codec lockdown or reinvite options?
technician has worked with Patton. Patton says all is good. He also has Avaya documents. fax to fax will not complete .
***you can hear the modem tones then it gets garbled and never completes. I have listed everything he has tried below.
