If I go into Users and Services configuration and search for number 2253 I get a not found message
If I go into Maintenance Commands and locate number 2253 I get "The number refers to a Hot Desk User (Mobile DN)."

My support guys are getting this error. I cant get in . No one should be logged on to the server right now..rebooting isnt an immediate option.

Good day. We are using nupoint vm and I have one user who does not have a personalized greeting.
His greeting is the attendant voice saying "Please leave a message for.. Mister X"
Now I have another user who would like the same greeting. I cannot figure out how to turn off greetings for user...
Request from admin assistant: If my manager doesn't pick up a call in 3 rings it goes to my phone. If I dont pick up after 3 rings it goes to his voicemail.
Seems simple enough. I added her number as a Call rerouting first alternative and the VM system as a second alternative.

What I dont understand is that even if I turn off Message Waiting in the mailbox (was set to Mitai) the lamp keeps flashing.

When I copy an existing call flow to a new mailbox, even if I update all the mailbox numbers in the flow I still hear the greetings of the call flow that is copied.
Is this normal? Can I rerecord the greetings for the new mailbox without affecting the call greetings of the call flow I copied...
We want to to be phone .. it rings on a couple of different phones.
After 6pm we want to have it go directly to a menu.
I just tested and the schedule DOES work.. but it is not going directly to menu during off hours. it still rings 3-4 times on the phones before picking up

We are using Nupoint and we have a mailbox 3355 with Call Director setup and id of 002. We would like to use the same greeting for another mailbox (for example 3356 id001) without having to rerecord.
Is this possible? I cant find anything in my google to address this.

I have an extension that is programmed as a multicall line on about 20 users phones. Is there an easy way to see where that key is programmed?
I was able to figure it out but I had to export the entire multiline set keys form and sort it in excel.

Thanks all. We are testing the free bria version (x-lite). I can call, receive calls and get to voicemail when I am offline and check voicemail. I am having routing issues on the VPN but that is a VPN issue and has nothing to do with the software so I will figure that out when I get a chance :)...
