Hi Madawc, Thanks for your response. I mean, i wanted to see, the data whichever is coming in toad for the same sql qry, in crystal result as well. I figured it out by unchecking the Suppress Empty Rows in crystal crosstab expert - Customize style. Thanks for the reply.

i m new doing the cross tabs.In cross tab results some values are missing but when i run the sql in toad, its giving the results how i wanted. What might be the reason causing this problem in crystal cross tab report? Thanks in Advance

Crystal 2008 ; the field in the cross tab is a formula converted to number from text using TONUMBER().

Hello Every one, while i am exporting the crystal cross tab results to excel, the number field is converting to text field by giving small green triangle at top-left corner of that field in excel sheet... Is there any way to get rid of that in crysatl before exporting?
