I returned the call pilot to answer the target line. At location B I changed the DRT to prime from 4 rings to 10 rings. The call forward no answer is set to 4 rings. The call pilot now answers correctly for both intercom and DID calls.

I changed the call pilot to not answer the target line from AA 0 rings to none, When I call the DID number of the extension, I get the prime set at site A.

The lines appearing and ringing on x221 are line1 thur line19.
Those same lines are set to ringing group 1 in the night schedule|LineSettings|Show Line screen. I have given line31 the name of line 5. I'm wondering if this is part of the problem.
