The forms I want to automate are all in MS Word 2007. They have been released to the customers and it wouldn't be easy to make the forms different (many, many hoops to jump thru!!). I have looked quite a bit but haven't seen anything that does this job. Thanks for your reply, OleCarl- OleCarl
