Dear all, Initiator step send doc to approval user step. Approval user step has a duration of 7 days. Can we send automatically an email to approval team 2 days before end of duration step ? Thanks

I cannot do otherwise ? When the step duration expires or if user step clicks to Approve button (Disposition) then goes to the next step ; Else (if user clicks to Reject button) then goes to another way. Yet it seems like basic process ... :(
