stat tran sec show Enabled. I ran reg u cs command and now CS is registered with UCM and no emergency account error poping out. But still getting ELAN028 error on procomm terminal when i try to tranfser the properties to new replaced CPDC.

Also the admin account is showing Emergency account, why is that?
