I have set up Terminal Services successfully and would like to know how I disable users from restarting or shutting down the server instead of just loggin off.
Unforuntely I have a few dim users that, even after training, cannot grasp the fact only to log off.

I would ideally like to disable them from sending or receiving any mail, full stop! Bascially disabling their account so they cannot use Outlook or Exchange.

I used to use a program (Exchange POP3) to send and rec our mail from Exchange but couldn't lock down the open relay on it so have had to stop using it.
Now I have no way of deleting certain attachments (exe, bat, pif) etc that come in and also copy all messages with attachments that go out...

When I installed SBS I didn't have problems with it hanging but did have problems with my PowerEdge and SBS finding the SCSI hard drive. I downloaded the drivers from Dell and when asked by the blue screen setup if any other drivers were needed, inserted the disk. Worked after that...

That as well as any other updates it may need to have. My Exchange Server running NT Server 4.0 opens the page ok but updated correctly. The problem servers will not open any website at all. ----------------------------------------

You can assign 'User Rights' in either User Mananger or User Manager for Domains. There is a right that allows users to 'Change the system time'. According to MS this should give sufficient rights for net time to work. ----------------------------------------

The immediate things that comes to mind are, you have probably looked at them already...
Insufficient server resources (memory).
Check the spool queue in the \winnt\system32 directory, are files being left after the job has finished?
Any new printer installations recently, perhaps a corrupt...
All machines go through ADSL via a proxy server. I have checked the setting on the server to make sure it is correctly. Very confusing... ----------------------------------------
