on the ACD path we have a RAD group that starts playing straight away i would like a second recording to play every 2mins, so i thought the embedded audio would be the easy way of doing it seeing as it gives you the option. I've never programmed RAD's before, are they easy to do?

Hi I am trying add a second recording to the ACD paths for a call center however whenever i select the embedded source & set the time it asks for the directory number! why does it need a directory number for an embedded source? Can anyone assist me with this, thanks.

Its ok i managed to resolve the issue. it was just caused by the make busy button auto activating on the phone.

yes we are using ther 6100 ccm, currently we are showing alot of rerouted calls which i have been told may be due to this ringback! Even if its not it's something i still wish to change.

Currently if an agent in our call centre places someone on hold after 30secs it redials them, how can this be disabled or increased?

Hi Im looking to have all my outgoing calls show as coming from our main number rather than showing everybodys indvidual extension. How do i do this?

Thanks supernova Yeah i wasnt meaning hotdesking, i thought i might have to delete them but was sure someone had said something about a code. Just gonna stick with deleting them. Thanks again.

Hi We have just recently had a mitel system installed, however im unsure of how to remove a number that has been assigned to one of the 5320's so that another member of staff can use their current number there. I was under the impression that there was a certain process to be done on the phone...
