IP Office 500v2/Windows VMPro - Dead Air on Voicemail Boxes and Modules

Definitely not VCM. Everything works except for voicemail streams through the Windstream SIP. It works internally just fine, as does any other external call. Its only auto attendants, mailboxes and such without audio and only through the SIP trunk.

IP Office 500v2/Windows VMPro - Dead Air on Voicemail Boxes and Modules

Hello, Did anyone ever get a clear resolution from Windstream on this? I've got a customer thats been fighting this for at least a couple of months now. Voicemail works internally but not externally. Windstream (of course) indicates it is not their end but Ive no reason to believe that the...

Avaya IP Office 11.0 Feature Pack 4 Service Pack 1

We had a system with a random reboot issue on 11.0.4. This service pack fixed 6-8 DIFFERENT random reboot issues (really?!?!?). We successfully upgraded the system last night. It took 3 hours to do a primary SE, secondary SE and a 500v2 expansion. The expansion took the longest, as usual. We...

    9608 DTMF Issues on PRI

Hello, I have a 10.1.5 IP500v2 with a PRI and 9608G phones. The 500v2 has a combo card, VCM32 and a PRI daughter card. I am troubleshooting an issue where DTMF tones are not working only when making outbound calls via the 9608s. DTMF works fine when using a butt set in an analog station and...

    R11.0.2 Server Boot Time

Hey Guys, I have an odd situation here. We have a server cluster running VMware and includes 2 very beefy servers. There is quite literally nothing else running on this cluster. We have a brand new R11.0.2 server edition that takes 20-30 minutes to boot up. I have the same exact version...

One X Mobile -- Android vs iPhone

Are you implying that the cert has to actually be loaded onto the iPhone whereas it does not need to be on the Android?

One X Mobile -- Android vs iPhone

Hey Guys, I have an odd situation here. I have a 10.1.3 system fully set up to use One-X Mobile and Communicator. Communicator works internally and externally without issue. One-X Mobile fully works on the Android (including TLS) but VOIP will not work on the iPhone. I just get the orange...

    Trusted SIP providers?

White Label is good. They are Geo Redundant and have some solid support. Their portal is pretty straight forward as well.

One-X Portal on Server Edition --- Not Starting

Unfortunately, I had to build a new server. I did all that I could then got Avaya involved. Avaya went through and did all that they could before saying that I needed to start with a clean server. The issue seems to have revolved around Java becoming corrupt on the server and it could not be...

Find out Which VCM is used

My understanding is that you cannot see which VCM is being used. If you are able to catch a troubled call live on system status (at the trunk level) then try and see if there is a common remote media server among the bad calls. Some SIP providers use a variety of remote media servers. You...
