Ok, im copying data from MSSQL and sorry yes its hh-mm not mm-ss. im playing pig in the middle at the moment regarding posting on the forum. its informtion copied from MSSQL into excel 2010 and it loses its format in the transition, any ideas? Thanks- jmacdonald4472

When i set u my spread sheet i set a column of cells to the format of dd-mm-yy mm-ss and hen i paste data into the cells it reverts, i need to find a way of locking this cell format so that it doesnt automatically change back to something different, it doesnt matter how many times i change the...- jmacdonald4472
