s forwarded, the orginally dialed digits are given to Unity to do a lookup. Create a user mailbox with extension 8000. Give a generic greating and then transfer to the CH after the greeting plays. Or you can just change the CH extension to 8000.

In case anyone is interested, the fix to this was an update setting in the IPCelerate. Apparently the IPC was getting confused on it's updates and would then error the request, which would cause the xml code. The phone then drops to the services screen because a service had an error...
Users get this XML error when the phone is just sitting idle. The screen then changes to display "Services". I have not found a document that specifically addresses what XML schema may be incorrect. Any thoughts?

Periodically the display on different phones in our network will automatically change to the Services screen. My phone has done this at approximatley the same time for 2 days in a row. Before that it, I never had it change and thought users were pressing keys they shouldnt. Any ideas?

Which ACD app are you using on the Nortel side?
I use Symposium Express at 6 locations and my calls that originate on the CUCM cross a QSIG tie to the Nortel. I have not had an issue with dropped calls.

Sounds like the CUCM is stripping the inbound CLID because the call has actually terminated on the CUC. Therefore, the caller to the CS1K is the CUC. Can you move the greeting to the AACC and just bring the call striaght to the CS1K?

Sounds like you have anti-trombone on your trunks. That keeps an inbound call from turning around and going out on the same trunks (2-way DID on your T1). Look for that setting on the RDB in LD 21. Change it in LD 16.
