Need Phone to display queue name-HP4000/TDM phones/ProCenter7
Ty, sbcsu. I did try your suggestion and I must still have something wrong. I am getting a Label now on the phone along with caller ID which is what I wanted. But for some reason the label is for the first DNIT hitting that RCG going to ProCenter (in this case it is 8300) and it doesn't show...- Reveille

I've set up a new queue in ProCenter 7 w/ HP4000 using Optipoint 500 TDM phones. One group refuses to use ProCenter PC Client and wants the queue name to show up on the Phone Display.
