We have an IPO 500v2 R8.0 with VM PRO 8.0 C110 card. The VM C110 crashed last week and was replaced two days ago. Some users are saying that the VM to email is not working. The programming in the manager checks out. Is there something else that needs to be reset.

We have an IP Office R 8.0 and we had a Nortel BCM 50 with Find Me Follow Me feature. Is there a feature equal to that on the IPO 500. I noticed the follow me feature in Forwarding but that is only internal. Appreciate any assistance.
