I mostly work from Quark, convert to pdf and print to a Xerox Docucolor 252. If the color is labeled correctly as is when I convert from quark I get a specific color from my printer. This specific color, ie pantone 185, I can adjust individually to match what I want. But if the printer does not...- flbob

I am exporting as pdf through adobe pdf on the publisher menu. I have tried using many different conversion setting and have even created some of my own but still not getting the pantone tag I want.- flbob

When I convert a document with pantone colors to pdf the colors are converted to a pantone that is not recognized as the color I originally specified.
