Como es el pinout entre una tarjeta TLU76/3 y una tarjeta SANGOMA a101

Como es el pinout entre una tarjeta TLU76/3 y una tarjeta SANGOMA a101
Necesito por favor me digan como es el pinout o arreglo de cables tanto en el conector tipo ERICSSON como en el conector RJ45 en una tarjeta SANGOME para ser instalada en un servidor ASTERISK. Mucho agradecería la ayuda ya que a este nivel de cableado no conozco mucho. Gracias- 5533vita
