Nothing yet. I haven't had a chance to work with this particular user - He is high up and doesn't have a ton of time to work on debugging. I found a couple other things to try, like to attempt to reinstall VBA. I will let you know if/when I get a chance to try them.

I assume not (stupid me), but will check with the user. When I checked this box on my own machine, though, trusted locations were still working fine.

Thanks Welshbird, but no dice there. Word should override all macro settings for trusted locations (as it has for every other person at their company). I had a digital signature attached to the file previously, and he still couldn't run anything.

Nope, it is in root STARTUP. I've installed the add-in there, but have had the user move it to attempt to debug it. I trust he has put it back in the location, as it is showing up as loaded, just that no macros can run. If my memory serves me, he couldn't even get it to work by moving the file...

Thanks, but that doesn't help. I forgot to mention the file is in the user's STARTUP folder, which is already a trusted location.
