I have a 1416 with a button programmed *41 contact closure, when my customer presses the button it does not clear automatically, is there a way to change this
I have a customer that has a 30 year old mitel sx-200 superswitch and wants to convert from at&t to cable, problem is can't id the 1st 4 analog lines, they are on the block but seem to be dead but can call in on them and they ring to the switch are they ground start or direct to cards
