I have an auto attendant 7202 that transfers to a phone. if that phone is fowarded to another phone with voice mail. That mailbox does not answer. I get ring no answer. I do have SFA in the Class of service for the first phone
I ran out of agent licences in my contact center. I need to add 2 more ACD groups.

I have operators using 3905 sets. Sometimes they end up with a held transfer button on the softkeys and I can not get rid of it since their ACD sets. Has anybody else had this problem

I have an ACD Q where if the agent is logged out and a call comes in Q. The agent can go off make busy press the in-calls key and the call is presented. The agent is still logged out. How can this be?
