We have an NEC IPS 2000 and use NEC DTR-8D-1 phones. I need to program a soft key on one of the phones so that the receptionist can transfer calls directly to a users voice mail box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I changed schedule 1 in voice mail to see if that might be what it was using, but it still shuts off an hour later. I checked CMD 4A00 to look at the schedules and put in the tenant for that ACD group and it says NONE.
I have a gui interface and see that there is a week schedule and pilot data under the MAT menu, but the week schedule is empty and the pilot data for that queue is already pointing at CCV. Maybe I am not understanding what you are saying? If there is an underlying command line in CCWX I am not...
We have a NEAX 2000 IVS with CCWX 2.0-2.1. The problem is years ago the vendor set up two ACD queues and one of them they set up to use a softkey to turn on night mode and the other one they set up to automatically turn on and off by a schedule. Well the hours are changing for the department...
I found the problem I had tried to use an acd position that was already in use. The error message was very misleading, but all is well now. Thanks for the help!
Yeah I have been telling the brass for years we need to upgrade, but always other priorities. I have deleted 3 positions since this happened and restarted the CCWX server, but it still says tenant database full! :(
We have an old version of CCWX ver. 2.0-201 and a license for 20 positions. I am trying to add another position and when I hit update it says tenant database is full! The total number of tenants being used are 2 and the number of positions are currently 15. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
CMD 183 showed the only 2 members were as expected. I have since decided and convinced the powers that be to just CFB from line 1 to 2 and then to voice mail so problem resolved. Although I wish I knew why the hunt group quit working, but will leave that for the next guy! :) Thanks for your help!
Ok tried the EB2 command on each of the extensions and it killed the connection both times so I assume it did as intended, but that didn't fix the problem. I am going to reset the switch this weekend and go from there.
I checked and the second number had no answer to VM, but even after I removed the forward the first number just rings forever. I have checked CMD 180 and it shows x246:x298 and also CMD 181 shows x246-1 and x298-0... Any other thoughts?
Well I believe it was a terminal hunt group but how can you tell the difference with only 2 extensions in the group? It had the first number as the pilot if that helps any.
I have an NEC IPS 2000 switch with one station hunt group which contains 2 analog numbers. I recently moved this department to a new location in the building and now the hunt group no longer works. It makes absolutely no sense as I have not made any programming changes only physical changes...
We have the split set up to auto work after call with a recovery time of 30 secs and all the phones work fine, but the phone that is sending calls externally is the only one that doesn't recover after the 30 secs.
Thanks for the help on this! I haven 't had to do much with this system since it was put in years ago with the exception of changing users and logons. I put the external number in the CCV and watching the monitor it will ring the external number and then connect, but then goes into work mode...
We have a CallCenterWorx 2.0-201 ACD system with NEC NEAX 2400 PBX. My company needed the ability to send ACD calls to one of our remote offices. So I set up an additional ACD phone and then E600 the ACD virtual numnber of that phone to the external number. The problem is that when you logon...
