hello, I have created a mailbox with cos ..XX... bulleting board, ext.xxxxx has a coverage path to VM. when I call ext. xxxxx it goes to vm and waits a few seconds and then it says "good bye" any ideas what am i doing wrong?

i have ext. 5640 forward to 5210. customer wants calls forward to 5640 to leave a message on mailbox 5210 is there any way we can do this?

ok, 3587 rings on ext 3560 not 3587 3560 rings on 3587 not on 3560 3560 has no mailbox, this ext has a button lavel VM trans to 39940 39940 is a system speed dial( i went into system speed dial ) 39940 is the speed call number..... but the actual number is 3955p**#(dont know what this is) there...

3587 is a DID number (no speed dial) this ext has a mailbox so when i call it rings a few times and than it goes to voicemail 3560 is another DID (no speed dial) this ext does not have a mailbox but when you call 3587. messages are left on 3560. thats why i think the exts are not on the right...

hello, i have a mitel 3300, I have a request from one of the managers to run a report on a ext. she would like to know how many calls this number gets, when does it roll over to another ext. i am not even sure if this is doable... any ideas?

I checked the line (fax line) with my buttset i get intercom tone. fax line is not part of the AA.

ok.. the fax is kind of working. i can receive faxes but not able to send them.. any ideas ?

i have assign ext. 18 to be my fax machine ext. do i need to remove my fax line from being part of the AA in order for this to work?

well this is a small businness and I dont think they are going to get any bigger. (per Customer)i did assign lines to AA 1 and selector code to digits 1 through 7 actually. but when i go back in to the auto attendant.... it seems like selector codes are not being saved in the vm programming.

thank you, i changed my VM ports to 27,28,29,30... and AA seems to be answering calls, but when i select 1 for person "A" and/or 2 for person "B" it says invalid entry and it goes back to the aa greeting. i have done the following to assign single digits to the exts. Intercom-777 0# (password)-#...

I have installed the VM in slot 2 next to the processor...this is a 5 slot carrier. i do have a PC card in the VS mail thank you i will try this tomorrow.... will let you know if it works.... thanks again
