To make a long story short I had to get our security company involved and after that change the "Forward Delay numbers".

I inherited this Norstar Modular ICS 4.0 system without documentation.
We have a private line that goes into our Purchasing Dept and when someone calls from the outside it rings on both phones in Purchasing. One of the Purchasing agents is going to be out of the office for about 8 weeks...
Thanks Guys for pointing me in the right direction, I was finally able to resolve the issue. My AA rings for that particular line were greater that my CFNA rings. I made the AA rings less than the CFNA rings and now it's working like a charm.
