Hi all, is there an easy way of listing all agents that are assigned to an ACD queue? The problem is we have 20 ACD licenses but only have a record of 19 TNs that are using the ACD queue. I don't really want to trawl through 72 IP phone configs if I don't have to. :)
Thanks!
Since some time over the weekend any TN that logs into the ACD queue (i2004, i2002 and i2050) is now displaying a symbol next to the "Display Queue" key. This usually only happens when there are no users logged into the ACD queue and an incoming call is received.
Over the weekend the ACD queue...
For reference the number that is trying to be dialled starts 0333.
From that output the only DNs I can see that *could* vaguely match are:
DN #33
TYPE FFC
FEAT SPCC
DN *3
TYPE FFC
FEAT SSPU
DN *00
TYPE FFC
FEAT PUGR
However I wouldn't have thought any of those are the answer...

We currently have provision to dial external numbers that start with 01, 02, 07 and need the ability to call 03 numbers as well. How is this done? I have a feeling it is to do with the way the call routing is configured.
For reference we have internal extensions beginning with 2, 3, 7...
