The options were greyed out because the gateway wasn't activated before or after you set up the processor. Whenever I set up an account on CES I activate the gateway first so that when I go in to processor setup, the DID section is available.
My instructions were correct, you were just too...
Efrequency is the old name, Aloha Loyalty is the new name. You do not need Membership but Memberlink will allow you to mine more customer data by getting the customer to enter it on your hosted website. One point 1, you can swipe the new card at the POS to activate it. With Memberlink the...
Use local system account and then navigate to your Aloha\bin folder through a command prompt. Register ctlsvr manually. Restart aloha manager.
If you use a specific account register under an account that exists on the boh and foh terminals.
Shut down Aloha Manager, check your Aloha\Bin folder for a file named iberexe.dll. If it exists, it has removed your ability to use the Alt+X login. Delete or rename it and then try to log in.
Running a relational database with SQL you could get that from the GNDCHKINFO file but withour SQL, I'm 80% certain the translog is your only place to find that.
I defer to the forum...Anyone?
Aloha 6.5 and above on Win7 needs to be installed as an Administrator. Also, you can try changing the environment variables to reflect the BOH IP address rather than the name.
Congrats, but just an FYI for anyone that searches this thread at a later date. That won't work on a new setup, the edc.ini would be blank. It only worked for in this instance because you defined the processor first before editing the .ini file directly. If my directions were followed using...

Stop POS processing, Configure, Gateways, highlight First Data/IPN press OK, press Done. Configure processers, go into CES, DID section will be available.
Version 6.2 is probably your Aloha version. The last version of Delivery/FB was 5.27 released 4/28/10. there have been and will be no more updates to it as TakeOut and Delivery has replaced it.

2. Go...
Using the path above, look for leading and trailing lines. Leading set to 0, trailing you need to adjust a necessary depending on the printer type and if you use Aloha Delivery or not.
Aloha and EDC version 6.4.x and above are compliant until December 1, 2013. Your QA scan should tell you what specifically what is not meeting requiremnts whether that be a user account issue or Windows updates not current, etc.
