This customer has port 80 NATd to a web server and we are trying to get a remote worker phone up using HTTPS. I cant seem to get the phone up even when modifying the 46xxsettings. Has anyone run into this situation before? Using another public IP address is not an option unfortunately.
Has sanyone been able to figure out what IIS component is missing during the install of VM Pro with web campaign. The customer is using it. I have started fresh and followed all docs i can find. Every service is running and i have installed every component i can. Any documentation would be helpful
Has anyone backed up an Application server to a UC module on an SCN. Not server edition? I have the SMTP settings set up like any Primary and secondary server but no communication at all. Nothing show up in logs either.
The trunk actually never drops. Calls just won't complete. Hits the channel but routes nowhere. This seems to be a common issue on the lower software CS1k but we. Moved it to a newer and the problem followed. I had this exact set up at another customer with zero issues

I have a customer whos QSIG PRI needs to be reset every 2 days due to the software level. I am looking to automate this with windows scheduler and a script. I am very unfamiliar with writing scripts so any and all help would be apprecited
I have deployed equinox on a windows 7 and 10 machine and am getting Access to Avaya Equinox contacts is currently limited. I have tried with and without TLS. Dont see any known issues. Any help appreciated
Even after regenerating all certificates they still get stuck on Acquiring Service. The certificates are all valid and if i turn off TLS the phones boot fine. This was working before the new certs.

Thank you for your response. This is working with the settings i posted previously. It was actually working all along they just programmed the 5290 for all call so i was never hearing the paging tone. Again thank you for your help
Looks like i am now connected with some tweaks to the SIP lines as my IP Office is 10.1. I can see the line is connected and the Telecenter accepts my "call" but i hear no dialtone and can press no digits. Any ideas? I am thinking its the paging system at this point. I uploaded the config. Note...

Wondering if anyone out there has set up a SIP connection from an IP Office to a Telecenter paging system. No documentation from Avaya, the paging provider, or the paging manufacturer. Any assistance would be helpful.
