Well, I've never heard of cosession. Our previous phone techs added managers without that so my guess is there is another way. We do have Matworks, not sure if that is similar to cosession.

I do not know how to do that, can you give me instructions, please?

Thank you belevedere but I do not have that option I am a "system manager", when I enter her mailox number, the system asks if I want to delete the secruity code, and then if I want to delete the mailbox. I select no, and then no, and those are my only options.

We have the NEC IPS 2000 PBX and we use Equitrac accounting and billing. Right now Equitrac is configured to capture incoming phone calls but our phone switch is not enabled. Can anyone please tell me how to enable our phone switch to make this work?
