    BCM50 - Imaging tool question

    Thanks for the info! Much appreciated. Seems Avaya needs a "Nortel Site ID" to register. Not sure we ever registered with Nortel's web site. Hope I can register at Avaya without that. Thanks again, John

    Our BCM50 won't reboot completely (stuck in cycling loop), even after a level 2 reset. Can someone point me to a download of the imaging tool and a r1 image? Thanks, John
