    Signaling Server Fail

    We have two Signaling server the ISP1100 the Signaling server failed and I have to replace it. I have the replacement server. Should I just install the sofware and tell it that its the Leader?? then put it online and it should take the data from the back up Signaling server??? Thanks.

    Parsing TNB

    Is there any program that can parse the TNB to an excel sheet?? I tried using the MV.xls from pepedog or Ghrout.com but it kept giving me "Run-time error '75': Path/File access error" Thanks

    Our Meridian Mail is working but its not accepting any new messages.. Like if I call an extension it will play the greetings. After the greeting it will say "Messages cannot be recorder at this time to tranfer to an attendant please press 0" Anybody encounter this problem??? Thanks

    If I try another SSC I can just move the Security dongle and Daugtherboards it should move over the database right?? The problem with this system is nobody had a back up on this? Thanks

    Triton, Yup there is another cabinet but that sdi on the expansion cabinet is not configure and the SDI light on the is solid red

    I am able to receive from TTY 0,1, & 2 but I can't transmit.. I tried INI and Reloading still the same situation and I dont have my spree to try it on the maintenance sets.. Help anybody?
