Ugggh. Replaced the 8 and still no go. I cannot find the conflict. Originally the 9 was the park prefix and that is why 8 was used (I think) so when I changed park to none external code went to 9 and pool A changed to 9 and recvd still would not take 8? I will scour the past posts a little more...
Thanks Marv. Is it possible that 8 they use to call out is the conflict? It allows 9 and 0 as a first digit so I may just have ATT send 7 digits since the prefix of my numbers start with 9.
I have a Norstar MICS client that I bumped up to Wombo and our original block of DIDs 4100 - 4199, is used up. I just started trying to use the 8100 - 8199 block but it would not accept the "8" as the first digit in number rcvd. We are set up for 4 digits and ATT is sending 4 digits over PRI...

To be more precise, she wants line key 1 to be her DID A&R with CID info to show B4 answer, Line 2 (and 3?) key/s to be Boss1 ext DID that will show CID info B4 answer and not FWD to Boss1 MB on busy but ring 2nd channel so she can answer, and ditto for Boss2 ext DID on next available line...
