    Downgrading IP500v2

Well before I procured licenses, it read Licensed, it read licensed 2 required 2. Now it reads licensed 4 Required 2. So hopefully I am safe in assuming that I can do the update with the new licenses. Thanks everybody for your help. BTW, downgrading IP office to version 6 worked. 6.1...

    Downgrading IP500v2

Ah that makes complete sense. So now that I've back down to v.6.1, I need that license. Downgrading again to v.6.0 wouldn't help either I assume. I'm waiting for my telecom company to call me back with a v.7 license as we speak.

    Downgrading IP500v2

I understand the 90 day grace period, but we've been running V6 for about 9 months without any issue until I did the upgrade. I'll post a screen as soon as I'm back at that desk.

    Downgrading IP500v2

Well the downgrade didn't work. Of note - The only license I ever had under licenses was Voicemail Pro. I've never had any other licenses installed before which is strange that it worked until the upgrade. Upgrading back up to v7 and waiting for an upgrade license to come in. Fingers...

    Downgrading IP500v2

Great description. I appreciate it a TON. In the long process of downgrading now. Am I safe to assume that the license I had originally will automatically be picked back up? In the future, where do I specify my new license for v7?

    Downgrading IP500v2

Hey guys, I'm brand new here and in need of some dire help. I took the evening to upgrade my IP500v2 Control Unit from V6 to V7. I misread the warning during upgrade and assumed since I had a license already that I'd be ok. I've got almost 60 employees coming in in the morning and the entire...
