Well, I pulled the harddrive and tried to connect to a PC/laptop, to make changes. I haven't found one yet that will recognize it.
(I put a different HD in my ext drive box, and I can see it.)
Any suggestions?
It is the Norstar Applications Module. I don't know the version. I can't see that until I can log into FEAT 983, which I can't do until I get through the "CONFIG" part.
I've done the "REINSTALL" and attempted the "CONFIG". When I press OK as the final step, "Cannot Continue" appears on the disply. What am I doing wrong? I powered down for 10 seconds. That didn't help.
