You need to upgrade to 6.4 or higher. Older versions of Aloha are no longer PCI DSS Compliant and leave you at risk of having your credit card information stolen.

You will need to have a user created Aloha Manager first with back office privileges.
Once you are able to get into EDC you then need to go to:
File > Stop POS Processing and click yes on the message that pops up. <Make Sure If configured with another processor you have settled the Batch>

This is a common problem with versions of 6.4.26 and lower. You should ask your reseller to upgrade EDC to 6.4.27 or higher.

If all but one terminal is rebooting then it is probably a permissions issue and if you shutdown the one terminal the rest should come up. Then proceed to turn on the terminal you had just shut off.
